The secret history of Super Mario Bros. 2

Written by 8-bit.

ars technica just posted an interesting article by Chris Kohler about "The secret history of Super Mario Bros. 2" which makes for a very interesting read. Almost everybody knows that Nintendo thought Americans couldn't handle the real Super Mario Bros 2 as they thought it might be to tough for us. They then took another game that was to be released, updated the graphics and sound and re-released it as Super Mario Bros. 2 in the United States. No the original Super Mario Bros. 2 can be played by a game called Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels which is available on Super Mario Bros All-Stars for the Nintendo Wii. Add a comment
