SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped usually within 1 to 2 working business days of receipt date and subject to availability of items ordered. You will be notified of any backorders or delays within 1 to 2 working business days..
We are required to ship to the bill to address on credit card orders without exception.
8bitclassics.com utilizes USPS and UPS for our orders.
USPS normally takes 2-7 business days depending on delivery method, but delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take much longer.
UPS Shipping to most US states is 1-6 days, depending on the distance from the origin zipcode.
Tracking #s will be provided when received by the appropriate shipping vendor. These #s will be forwarded by contacting customer service.
International Orders
Persons wanting to order from 8bitclassics.com from overseas, please contact us before ordering for approval.
For orders to Canada please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We ask that you contact 8bitclassics.com within 15 days of placing your order to resolve any problems with merchandise that you ordered.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number from 8bitclassics.com. All returns sent to us without proper authorization will be returned back to you at your expense. Merchandise that has been tampered with in anyway, will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be in original packaging including all packaging materials and product literature. Please include a copy of your original invoice. If item and box was damaged in shipping, both items and the original packing need to be sent back in a new box to 8bitclassics.com before a refund will be processed.
Items returned incomplete will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions .
All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, freight collect or third party will not be accepted. If sent by US Postal Mail, it must be sent registered return receipt and insured.
For the most part, the picture shown is made as a general reference of what the item should look like. If the customer would like an actual picture of the item, please contact Customer Service before placing the order for an actual picture of the item if it is a concern for you. All efforts are made to provide customers with photos and descriptions of the products we sell. When multiple quantity of the same item is available, the item in best condition will be sent. Most are in good or better condition, but as an example, some cartridges may have label problems(rips or missing parts). Everything is tested before it is shipped! Customers who purchase items and decide the product is not what they wanted can return the merchandise for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY(If Available).
Purchases received in not working condition can be returned to the store for an exchange of the exact same product (if available), store credit (excluding shipping charges), or refund (excluding shipping charges). If item tests bad before shipment, a full refund of the entire purchase price with be given.

SALES TAX
We charge the required Wisconsin state sales tax of 5.5% to all residents of Wisconsin.
