We are producing cables that allow you to connect Commodore Computer (with the 8-pin DIN AV Connector) to the Commodore 1902A and compatible Monitors.  It includes the Chroma, Luma, and mono audio connector.
Compatibility:
  • Commodore 1902A Monitor
  • Commodore 1084S-P Monitor
  • Other commodore monitors possible.
  • Please verify your monitor has the proper connection.
  • Choice of length
NOTE: In earlier versions of the Commodore 64, Commodore didn't include the Chroma or Luminance connections required for the 1902 monitor.  If your Commodore 64 only has a 5-Pin AV Connector, you will not be able to use this cable. Please look at our standard AV cable instead.

Excellent Cable for C64/C128 40 Column mode on Commodore 1902A monitor

I had the AV cable the splits the connect down to Audio – Chroma – Luminance, which are the right signals, but they were RCA jack Style, not the DIN Plug my Commodore 1902A monitor uses. I hunted around and found 8-Bit Classics and the proper Cable here. Now my 1902A is happy with my C128 (also got a new 80 column mode cable too, that is also great)
